These Terms of Service (the «Terms») govern your access to and use of the website claudestore.store and the related API gateway services (collectively, the «Service»). The Service is operated by an individual (the «Operator»), reachable exclusively via Telegram @claudestorestore.
By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using any part of the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, the Public Offer, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
ClaudeStore is an independent third-party platform that resells prepaid API capacity for the Claude family of large language models produced by Anthropic, PBC. ClaudeStore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. «Claude», «Anthropic», and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
Access is sold in the form of prepaid credits associated with API keys issued by the Operator. Credits are debited per request based on token usage.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. The Service is not directed at children under 13.
3. Account & API Keys
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and your API keys.
- All requests authenticated with your API key are deemed made by you and billed to your balance.
- You may rotate or revoke your API keys at any time from the dashboard.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- Generate, store, or distribute illegal content, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that incites violence or terrorism, or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Violate the Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy, which applies in full to all upstream requests.
- Send spam, phishing, fraudulent, or otherwise abusive automated traffic.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, billing, authentication, or any security control of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise probe the Operator's gateway infrastructure beyond ordinary API usage.
- Impersonate the Operator or misrepresent your relationship with ClaudeStore or Anthropic.
Resale of credits and API keys is permitted provided that the end users to whom you resell remain bound by these Terms and by the Anthropic Acceptable Use Policy. You remain liable for any usage performed under keys you have resold.
5. Suspension & Termination
The Operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in case of suspected violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or upstream provider requirements. Used credits are non-refundable upon termination caused by your breach.
6. Service Availability & Models
The Service is provided «as is» and «as available», without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Operator does not guarantee availability of any specific Claude model: Anthropic may change, deprecate, throttle, or remove models at any time, and the Service will reflect those upstream changes. Scheduled or unscheduled downtime, latency, and intermittent errors may occur.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. The Operator's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, design, content, and trademarks of ClaudeStore are the property of the Operator. Output generated by the Claude models is governed by Anthropic's terms with respect to the underlying technology. You retain ownership of your input data and of the output to the extent permitted by Anthropic's terms.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will trigger re-acceptance via the consent dialog at the next purchase. Continued use of the Service after a non-material update constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the buyer's place of residence. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations via Telegram @claudestorestore. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be brought before the courts having jurisdiction at the buyer's place of residence.
